polyphoniques was created by Brigitte Cirla (CV), singer and actress, in
1991 in Paris, and settled down in Marseille in 1993 and in La Friche
in 1996. three mains axes:
- creation and production of performances of musical theatre using the
vocal traditions and the contemporary rewriting of traditional singing.
- vocal transmission through workshops of artistic practices with
amateurs, professionals, scholars, students and specific participants
(hospital, prisons…)
VP is not a school but proposes through various projects linked to arts
and performance, an exploration of the voice and of the body.
- inter-cultural exchanges through various european and international networks
